Healthwatch West Berkshire is inviting residents to take part in a short survey about how they access help for coughs, colds and minor infections, and their experiences of local pharmacy services.
The survey is part of the Pills, Chills & Pharmacist Skills project, which aims to understand how people choose where to go first when they need advice or treatment, and how well the Pharmacy First service is meeting local needs.
Why your views matter
- The survey is anonymous and takes just a few minutes to complete.
- Feedback from residents will help inform future planning for pharmacy services in West Berkshire.
- Everyone is encouraged to take part – including those who haven’t used Pharmacy First.
