The Priority Services Register (PSR) is free to join. It helps utility companies, including energy suppliers, electricity, gas, and water networks look after customers who have extra communication, access, or safety needs.
Cow Lane in the Parish of Compton will be closed between the hours of 09:30 and 15:30 on 30th January 2024, the closure is outside the water pumping station between its junction with Warnham Lane, known as Cheseridge Road, and its junction with Dennisford Road.

Compton Parish Council is aware that many of the rubbish and dog-waste bins owned by the parish council, and in particular, the bins in the Recreation Ground, have not been emptied in several weeks.
There will be an election held for one seat on Compton Parish Council.
