Residents who support a loved one may be interested in attending Carers Rights Day 2025, a free event taking place on Thursday 20 November 2025, from 2:00–5:30 PM at Thatcham Rugby Club, Henwick Worthy Sports Fields, RG18 3BN.

Organised by the Reading and West Berkshire Carers Partnership, this annual event brings together a range of organisations offering advice, information, and support for unpaid carers. It’s an opportunity to learn more about carers’ rights, connect with local services, and meet others in similar roles.
