Compton Parish Council has published the initial findings of the 2025 Housing Needs Survey, commissioned to explore current and future housing requirements within the parish. The survey was carried out by Connecting Communities in Berkshire (CCB), an independent charity specialising in rural housing needs.
The summary now available on our website offers a useful snapshot of local housing pressures and preferences. It will help guide future parish discussions and may support engagement with wider stakeholders, including West Berkshire Council and housing providers.
Further information will be shared once CCB completes its full analysis. We thank all residents who took part in the survey and invite everyone to view the summary on our Housing Needs Survey page and invite everyone to view the Housing Needs Survey 2025 for details.
